please note when uploading picture that it needs to well light. If there is dark clothing and background those places will engrave a lot darker.
blurry pictures will not engrave as well and can be more pixelated
no refunds will be given due to the time it takes to engrave. If I see a picture is not usable I will email or message you and let you know that one will be refunded.
